Who We Are
Hi.
We're Jo & Scott.

We've spent years helping people find words for the things that matter.
Sometimes on stages. Sometimes in coaching sessions. Sometimes in boardrooms. Sometimes around kitchen tables. Sometimes by rewriting a text message seventeen times.
Between us we've worked in theatre, business, facilitation, storytelling, communication, entrepreneurship, leadership and personal development.
But if we're honest… most of what we've learned hasn't come from books.
It's come from being human.
From navigating relationships.
Owning our mistakes.
Learning how to apologise.
Building businesses.
Changing direction.
Having difficult conversations.
Learning when to speak.
Learning when to listen.
We're still practising.
What we keep coming back to
A few things we return to, again and again.
- Clarity is kinder than confusion.
- Boundaries create stronger relationships.
- Your body often knows before your mind does.
- Humour belongs in serious conversations.
- The conversation you're avoiding is often the one that sets you free.
- Communication isn't about saying the perfect thing — it's about saying the true thing, with care.
- Being yourself takes practice.
- Nobody has it all figured out. Including us.

About Jo
Voice · Communication · Story
Jo's life has been all about communication.
As the hearing daughter of Deaf parents, an Auslan interpreter, theatre actress, entrepreneur, workshop facilitator, public speaking coach and storyteller, Jo has seen again and again that Feeling free to speak and express that you belong to yourself.
Whether she's helping someone prepare for a keynote, navigate a difficult relationship or simply find the words they've been searching for, her work is always about helping people communicate from a place that feels deeply true - with just the right blend of honesty, gravity, kindness and humour.

About Scott
Presence · Inquiry · Leadership
Scott brings a rare combination of calm presence, sharp insight and beautifully dry humour.
With years of experience facilitating men's groups, coaching individuals, running a business and and writing short stories, he has an extraordinary ability to help people untangle complexity without making life feel heavy.
His work is grounded, practical and quietly transformative.
He believes growth doesn't come from having all the answers. It comes from staying curious enough to keep asking better questions.
We believe real change begins with permission. Permission to stop performing. Permission to tell the truth. Permission to not have it all figured out. Permission to trust what you already know. Our work isn't about teaching people who they should become. It's about creating the space for them to hear themselves more clearly and discover who they've been all along.
